KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / MISSIONS

• People Management:
- Project team management and skills development for the team
- Be accountable for the safety of people& product
- Coordinate / inform the relevant actors of project team (factory – support department)
- Represent Project team in front ofIndustrial Directors and GMfor RU
- Leadership and proactivity


• Project & CAPEX Management:
- Lead some CAPEX execution (Time and Budget)
- Follow up using LACTALIS Project Management tools
- Validation of each Project steps – Retro planning focus
- Project support of factory Director and Project Managers
- Definition of needs – Technical Specification writing following LACTALIS guidelines
- Write the functional specifications for technology and equipment, and study the feasibility
- Participate in the consultation, selection and the negotiation with suppliers
- Support CIS Project Manager to build project study
- Lead projects from conception to Internal Technical Reception within the required deadlines
- Manage the capital budget of projects and follow up the invoices
- Transversal Management with all department in factory
- Quality & Safety focus (people and product)

• Advanced Experience in Milk & Dairy Industry
• Adaptability, open minded, team spirit, proactivity
• Good knowledge of Dairy Operational activities (Engineering / Quality / R&D / Management)
• Real Manager and team player
