National Sales Manager in Moldova

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and dissect the market as it relates to market share, penetration and growth opportunities and develop an annual strategic plan to meet sales targets and corporate objectives.
• will implement the commercial policy, including credit risk and local supply, and marketing policy for R. Moldova, in relationship with distributors and farmers;
• will coordinate technical promotional efforts (seminars, field days, documentations, incident management, customer advisory etc.) and will give input and support in the Product Portfolio management, ideation and registration, relating closely with the local Technical and Registration Consultant and other relevant stakeholders internally and externally
• Participation and development of strategic contractor events, tradeshows, and regional events
• Assist the Agriculture division in determining market needs, competitive information and overall market trends
Requirements:
• 5 years, of proven record of sales in B2B (preferably agribusiness)
• Romanian, Russian, English- ADVANCED
• Extremely good command of sales and negotiation skills
• Business travel in Romania and Moldova
• open minded, PC literate, energetic and motivated individual, driving license B category
• stable family and social background
• previous experience in a multinational company is a real plus for forecasting and reporting reasons
