Are you passionate about ensuring smooth and efficient order processing within a renowned wineries group? We are looking for a proactive Ordering Specialist to manage sales orders from receipt to delivery across Europe.
Requirements

In-Depth Knowledge of Sales Process: Profound understanding of the sales cycle and its impact on order fulfillment.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across departments such as production, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless order execution.
Execution Speed: Demonstrate a sense of urgency in processing orders to meet delivery timelines.
High Level of Diligence: Meticulously ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation to uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Receive Sales Orders: Responsibly handle incoming sales orders from various European regions.
Eligibility Checks: Verify customer eligibility for delivery, including credit limit assessments.
Order Entry: Accurately input orders into our system to initiate the fulfillment process promptly.
Order Management: Monitor and oversee each stage of the order process, including material preparation (e.g., labels, bottles, liquid), purchasing, production, and final shipment.
Performance Reporting: Create detailed reports analyzing the average time spent on order delivery. Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
