Millennium DPI Partners, LLC is seeking qualified Moldovan citizens for the position of local graphic designer to serve on the Open Justice Project until April 2018 for up to 60 working days.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Propose the concept and design brochures, reports, one pagers, fast facts, survey data and infographics;
Work closely with project staff to translate justice and judiciary concepts into illustrations, infographics and drawings for public awareness and sensitization purpose;
Design clear engaging graphic communications for both printed materials and web. This will include website and social media graphics, posters, flyers, bulletins, posters, leaflets, reports, studies, charts, maps and other public awareness materials as needed;
Transform text into interactive visual material, using appropriate mix of text, icons and colors by producing high quality visual design materials;
Represent large, complex sets of data through visual representation;
Work collaboratively with the project team, to understand the objectives and visualize information to support decision making;
Apply USAID rules and regulations related to branding (placement of logos, disclaimers, recommended color pallet, etc.).
Required Qualifications and Skills:

At least 3 years of progressive experience in producing graphic material by turning complex data into a comprehensive visual presentation that facilitates effective communication;
Advanced knowledge in concept and creation of specific graphic design assets, including infographics (for print and digital), data visualization, charts, maps, drawings etc.;
Excellent practical knowledge of design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw etc.);
Ability to develop creative ideas to present complex concepts and data;
Demonstrated creativity and highly engaging products;
Previous experience in working with assistance project or donors is an advantage.
Additional requirements:

Communication, presentation and teamwork skills;
High ethical standards of work and positive/responsible attitude;
Proficiency in Romanian and English;
Strong layout skills and typography skills;
Ability to listen and express opinions in a respectful manner.
